If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, we've made it as easy as possible for you to return your unused product, provided you do this within 21 days of receipt. It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling.
However, only products purchased via this website may be returned using the method outlined below. Items purchased from another website or store, need to be returned to them.
Requirements for returns & refunds:
An item will be deemed refundable once the item has been received back at Dr Brown’s warehouse and properly assessed.
All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they have been received and inspected at our distribution centre. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES
At this time we cannot offer exchanges, but will refund as described above.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.

Before returning any product, please ensure the product means criteria above and then contact Dr Browns Australia Customer Service at info@drbrowns.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) Number

Fill out form below with product and order details
Please fill out form below with your details and the RA Number that was given to you via Dr Browns Customer Service in Step 1.
STEP 3.
Print form and send product back to Warehouse
Package up your items you wish to return and label your Box accordingly:
